From today, Heralded puts a team of agents to work on your brand’s visibility. They find out how visible your brand is and what shapes it, then fix and improve it. You direct them from the Command Center.
A week ago we made the Snapshot free. It shows where your brand stands when buyers ask AI what to buy: whether you’re named, who’s named instead, and which sources put them there.
That is the easy part. Knowing you’re fourth in ChatGPT’s answers for “best CRM for a 50-person company” is interesting for about a day. What matters is the next twelve weeks. Which page to rewrite, which review site to get on, which comparison page you don’t have yet. And then somebody actually doing it.
From today, that somebody is a team of agents.
The report was never the job
Every visibility tool I tried before building this stopped at the report. Good charts, a share of voice by engine, a list of recommendations. Then the work landed back on the marketing team, which was busy before the report arrived and stayed busy after it.
I ran into the same wall with the audits I used to do by hand for clients. The last two pages said what to fix. Fixing it was a separate project, usually one nobody had budgeted for.
So Heralded is built around the work. The measurement is there to tell the agents what to do next, and whether what they did worked.
Meet the team

Buyers form an opinion of your brand from everything written about it. Your site, review platforms, comparison pages, articles, forum threads from 2022. More and more of them now get that opinion through AI, which reads all of it and hands them a shortlist.
So the team uses AI to see what your buyers see, then works on everything that shapes it.
- Measuring. The agents work out how visible your brand is and why. They ask the AI engines your buyers use the questions your buyers ask, read every answer and every source behind it, and score you against your competitors each week. Then they decide what’s worth doing first and hand it to the right teammate.
- Writing. The agents write the pages you’re missing, from briefs built on the pages AI already cites in your category. You approve the draft and publish it.
- Pitching. The agents go after the review sites, comparison pages and articles that shape your category and leave you out. They draft the pitch, the listing checklist or the forum reply. You send it.
- Fixing. The agents fix what stops AI reading your site. With the WordPress connector, they can apply those fixes themselves once you say so.
When a piece goes live or a fix lands, Heralded checks whether it moved anything, net of what the market did anyway. Most marketing skips this step, partly because the answer is sometimes no. We’d rather you know.
The scores come with ranges. The engines change their minds a lot, and a score without a range is a horoscope.
The Command Center is where you direct them

The Command Center is where you see what the team found, decide what it works on and approve what ships.
By default, the agents draft and prepare, then wait for you. Nothing goes on your site, gets published or gets sent without your approval.
On Plus you can hand over more, area by area. Let the agents apply safe site fixes on their own, say, while content still waits for you on every piece. Start on the default. Once you’ve approved enough drafts without changing a word, you’ll know which areas to let go.
The limits, plainly. The agents never send an email or post for you. They draft, you send. They don’t publish your content either. You do that on your site. And the agents apply site fixes only through WordPress for now. Everywhere else, they draft the change for your developer.
The leaderboards are public too
Also from today, heralded.ai/leaderboards publishes the brands AI engines put in front of buyers most, by category, engine and country, with the method public. It refreshes monthly.
The first board covers CRM. HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive lead overall, which surprises nobody. The country cuts are where it gets interesting. Ask from Romania and Google AI Mode puts miniCRM in its top three. You’d never see that asking from Barcelona.
More categories join as we measure them.
Pricing and the founding offer
Core is €129 a month and Plus is €349 a month, both with a seven-day trial.
For the first 50 workspaces, the founding offer takes 50% off your first three months of Core or Plus on a monthly plan. The code is FOUNDING50, and the pricing page applies it for you.

If you don’t know where your brand stands, don’t start with a subscription. Run the free Snapshot first. It takes about ten minutes and needs no card. If it shows a gap, the team is how you close it.
