Questions about trial and billing.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Core and Plus both start with a 7-day trial. You add a card at checkout, nothing is charged during the trial, and the first charge is taken when it ends. Cancel before then and you are not charged.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Both plans can be billed monthly or yearly, and the yearly price is shown beside each plan.
How do I cancel?
Cancel at any time from Billing in your workspace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues through that period.
Do you refund subscriptions?
We do not prorate subscription charges or refund an unused part of a paid period, except where the law requires it or a material failure we cannot fix in reasonable time stops you using the service. The refunds page has the full policy.
Are Snapshot credits refundable?
Unused Snapshot credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Used credits are not, and a failed scan returns its credit automatically. Credits never expire.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page excludes VAT, which is added at checkout where it applies. Every purchase comes with a VAT invoice.
