What counts as a prompt?

One buyer question, tracked in one segment across the AI engines Heralded reads. The same question in two segments counts twice.

What's a segment?

A market, a language and a buyer. A German CTO and a Spanish marketer ask the same question and get different answers, so each is read on its own.

How does the trial work?

How do I cancel?

From Billing, any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Do you refund subscriptions?

We don't refund part of a paid period, except where the law requires it or a failure on our side stops you using Heralded. The refunds page has the full policy.

Do prices include VAT?

No. VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and every purchase comes with a VAT invoice.
