Other tools give you numbers to worry about. Heralded gives you a team that fixes them.

Give the agents your brand for seven days, free and with no card. They read what six AI engines tell your buyers, find out why, and start drafting the fixes. After that it's €99 a month for your whole team.

Doesn't mention TaskHarbor

It reads the pages the engines cite.

Every page behind an answer, opened and read: what kind of page it is, how it talks about you, who it names and who it recommends.

Elsewhere: which brands a page mentions, or an Enterprise plan.

GeminiRead against your positioning

"TaskHarbor is a time-tracking app for agencies."

  • Category Contradicts
  • Buyer Contradicts
  • Offer Doesn't say
  • What sets you apart Doesn't say

It checks every answer against your positioning.

Category, buyer, offer and what sets you apart, read in every answer that names you, with your own facts checked in the pages behind it.

Elsewhere: sentiment and attributes, or a review you do by hand.

Is Heralded the right fit?

Choose Heralded if

  • You want to know why AI recommends a rival, and what to change.
  • You'd rather get the work drafted than a list of tips.
  • How AI describes your positioning and facts matters as much as being mentioned.
  • Your team wants to work on it together, with the agents in the same conversation.
  • You want all of it from €99 a month, for every seat.

Pick something else if

  • You only need to count mentions and share of voice.
  • Your job is keyword and backlink data.
  • You want a dashboard of every stat, to build your own reports.

FAQ

How did you check?

We read each vendor's own pricing, product pages, documentation and changelogs on 6 October 2026, and quoted them. Where a vendor's pages disagree, we used the newer one; where they say nothing, the cell says so. We re-check every quarter and date the page. Found something wrong? Tell us and we'll fix it.

Where is Heralded behind?

Connections and publishing. Today the agents apply site fixes on WordPress and draft everything else for you to publish, and they read Search Console, Slack and your site. Tell us what your site runs on and we'll connect it. Ten CMSes and more than 20 connections are planned by the end of 2026.

Do the agents act without asking?

Only if you let them. Your website, content and outreach each have their own setting, from Manual to Autopilot. Ask first is the default; Delegate and Autopilot are on Plus.

Is there a free way to try it?

Two. The Command Center is free for seven days, with no card. The Snapshot is a free one-off report on your brand, ready in about ten minutes.
