Refund Policy

Heralded Snapshot credit packs are purchased by your organization and spent from its shared pool. Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Email hello@heralded.ai from the address tied to your account.

Spent credits are non-refundable. A credit backing a scan in progress is held from the pool and non-refundable while the scan is running. If the scan fails, the credit is automatically restored to the pool and becomes refundable again under this policy.

A refund for unused credits uses the per-credit price paid: `pack price / pack credit count`. If 9 credits remain from a 10-credit pack, the refund is `9 × (pack price / 10)`.

Credits do not expire. If Heralded discontinues the Snapshot, we will refund the organization's outstanding credits at the per-credit purchase price within 60 days of notice. If Heralded is acquired or the scan API undergoes breaking changes, the organization's outstanding credits remain valid for 12 months from notice.

You may cancel a Heralded subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues through that period.

We do not prorate subscription charges or provide partial refunds for an unused part of a paid period, except where required by law or when a material failure prevents you from using the paid service and we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time.

If the account controls are unavailable, email hello@heralded.ai from the address tied to your account and ask us to cancel the subscription.

Heralded Snapshot prices are shown exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied at checkout where required, and a VAT invoice is issued for every purchase.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider determines when the refund appears.
