Heralded Command Center

The Command Center.

What six AI engines say about you, every week. And the work to change it.

One place for the read, the reasons and the work. Heralded scores the answers, finds the gaps, drafts the content and applies the fixes you approve.

The weekly read

Six engines, your buyers’ questions, four axes.

Every Monday Heralded asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot the questions you track, and scores each answer on whether you are mentioned, understood, recommended and praised. Presence is re-read daily so a drop shows the day it happens, not the following Monday. Claude joins as a weekly add-on.

The Monday score and the four axes behind it.

Who wins and why

The brands named instead of you, and the sources that put them there.

Each prompt opens into every engine’s answer. Market shows the competitors sharing your answers and your share of voice against them. Sources shows which pages the engines cite and which of them favour someone else. Perception shows how you are described against how you mean to be.

Share of voice by competitor, with the citing sources beside it.

Actions

Every gap is a piece of work with a holder, a stage and a thread.

Actions groups the work as New, Your input, Dispatched and Waiting on others, with Settled below as a dated timeline. Each row states its expected gain and who holds it. Dispatch it to Heralded or take it yourself, and a later read verifies whether it moved the answer.

Work rows by stage. Dispatch, or take it yourself.

Content

Every page you have, the topics you lack, and the drafts to fill them.

Content lists your pages and which ones the engines cite, then the topics buyers ask about that you have no page for. Studio drafts the missing pieces for your review, paid with content credits. Plus includes ten a month; Core buys them as needed.

From gap to draft to a page the engines can cite.

Connections and autonomy

Search Console in, approved fixes out, on your terms.

Connect Google Search Console and your search data joins the read. Connect WordPress and Heralded applies an approved site fix through its plugin. Autonomy is set per area, website, content and outreach, from Manual through Ask first to Delegate and Autopilot, so nothing happens that you did not allow.

Two connections, and how much Heralded may do without asking.

Markets and personas

The same questions per market, language and buyer.

A segment is a market, a language and a persona. Core reads one; Plus reads three markets and up to ten segments, so the German answer and the Spanish answer are tracked apart, as are the answers for the buyer and the practitioner.

One brand, three markets, each read on its own.

Mail and Slack

A Monday digest, and a note when something moves.

Every Monday the digest lands with the score, what changed and what waits for you. An optional daily mail reports the changes a daily read found. Work notifications tell you when a piece waits for you, is delivered or verified. A brand can post the same to its Slack channel.

The Monday digest.

Roles and organizations

Several brands, roles per member, agencies on one invoice.

An organization holds its brands and its members with roles. A Manager account runs its managed accounts side by side and pays on one invoice. Sign-in supports two-factor and passkeys.

Three brands, one organization, one bill.

Questions about the Command Center.

How is this different from the Snapshot?

The Snapshot is one report on one domain. The Command Center runs the read every week on the questions you choose, keeps the history, and turns each gap into work with an owner and a stage.

What does Heralded do on its own?

What you allow. Each area, website, content and outreach, has an autonomy setting from Manual to Autopilot. Ask first is the default: Heralded prepares the work and waits for your approval.

Which fixes can Heralded apply for me?

With WordPress connected, Heralded applies an approved site fix through its plugin. Title and description rewrites and long-form drafts land in Studio for your review before anything is published.

Can an agency run several brands?

Yes. An organization holds several brands with roles per member, and a Manager account runs its managed accounts on one invoice.
